After over 30 years in financial and legal services, I decided to change direction while still doing what I love best — helping people.

I suppose like everything else in life, things come full circle. So instead of helping people build their assets up for their family via Financial Planning, I am now helping them to protect those assets via Estate Planning.

Estate Planning, I hear you ask — what’s that? Maybe a better expression is Later Life Planning, i.e. confronting the unpleasant type of stuff that we all face as we get older: loss of capacity, moving into care, and ultimately death.

Sounds depressing, I know — but encouraging people to talk about these issues openly and honestly is what I enjoy, especially if it has been a concern to them for many years, and I find it rewarding to help give them peace of mind.

I have always put the customer at the centre of everything that I do, and it continues to be my focus today.

My current business is that of a self-employed Estate Planner, advising on Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts, and Asset Protection.

I provide a “Home Service” which means I meet clients in their own home or wherever suits, at a time that suits them and their family.
